Itasca Automation Systems offers several different accessories to go along with our winding machines. Some of the accessories include Wire tension Units, Despooler Units, Inline Wire Strippers, Tape machines and Skeiners.
Itasca offers both Programmable electronic tensions, as well as mechanical tensions. These tension units can handle from 50 awg wire to 9 awg copper magnet wire. In addition to these tension units Itasca also offers tension De-Spoolers Which handle most sizes of square and rectangular wire as well as heavy round wire. They are offered in Pneumatic brake tension as well as electronic tension.
The inline wire stripper allows you to strip round magnet wire from 14 awg to 30 awg wire. The tape machine is a great way to add tape to the outside of a coil in medium to high volume. Itasca also offers Skeining machines from single head machines up to 12 head skeiners.
