The model 4000 series winders were designed to handle larger coils and heavier wire than the Itasca 400 series winders. The model 4000 is available in 4 and 6 spindle configurations. Itasca Automation Systems Model 4000 Programmable Coil Winders are perfect for companies requiring high volume runs or shorter runs with quick change over. The Model 4000 is a fully programmable utilizing a PC based control system performing the most complex programming requirements.

The control allows you to change the pitch, traverse length, Tension and rpm at any turn count within the wind command.
