When in the market for multi-spindle coil winders, look no further than Itasca Automation Systems. We manufacture two types of multi-spindle coil winders: Model 400 Series Winders and Econo Series Winders. Both coil winders in the
multi-spindle offer come in different models and have a variety of specifications to fit your particular needs.
Model 400 Series Winders
46 AWG – 14 AWG Wire
Econo Series Winders
40 AWG – 26 AWG Wire
About Our Model 400 Series Winders
Our Model 400 Series Winder is the best multi-spindle coil winder on the market. At most, these winders have 18 spindles allowing you to step up your coil production significantly. However, if you do not have such a big operation, but a single spindle still can’t sufficiently serve your operation, you can choose a multi-spindle coil winder with as low as three spindles. Our Series Winders are time and tested as we have been manufacturing them for over 25 years. These models are perfect for operations requiring high-volume or shorter runs with quick changeovers. This is very effective because the Spindle utilizes a PC-based control system that performs the most complex programming tasks. The automated control allows for easy change of pitch, traverse length, Tension, and rpm at any turn.Product Specification

Benefits of Our Multi-Spindle Coil Winders
Itasca Automation Systems is your trusted partner if you want to redefine the precision and efficiency of your coil spindles. Here are some of the benefits of using Itasca’s Multi-Spindle Coil Winders.- Enhanced Efficiency – The Multi-Spindle Coil Winders optimize production output using accelerated machines that achieve between 12,000 and 15,000 RPM. With such accelerated speeds, you’re set to meet tight schedules and significantly ramp up production. Hence you meet customer demands quickly.
- Unmatched Precision – Any manufacturing process is keen on the level of precision expected. The multi-spindle coil winders have a pitch resolution capability of 0.0001 inches. This level of precision ensures that you produce effective coils with meticulous attention to detail and maintain uniformity to meet strict industry standards.
- Adaptability – When it comes to spindle coil winders, the capability to handle a range of wire sizes is appreciated. Multi-spindle coil winders have a wide range of wire sizes they can handle. The wire size can range from 46-14 AWG to 46-24 AWG, which makes them very versatile. Such versatility allows various applications without requiring different machines for each wire size.
- Customization – Each application of the multi-spindle coil winders is unique. Therefore, the multi-spindle coil winders have been designed to be highly customizable. You can adapt these machines to suit your production needs with customizable options such as rotating tailstocks, shutter load systems, and skinners.
- Cost Efficient – Multi-spindle coil winders are highly cost-efficient. The initial investment might be on the higher end, but the dependability and the marked improvement the machines will bring to your manufacturing operations will compound. The longer-term benefits include reduced labor costs and improved quality.
