Itasca has been manufacturing stator winders for over 20 years. We offer stator winders in several different configurations from a semi auto stand alone machine for low volume use to a multi spindle automatic machine. The stator winders is a fully programmable utilizing a PC based control system performing the most complex programming requirements. The stator winders are available to wind up to 15 awg wire.
The control allows you to change the pitch, traverse length, Tension and rpm at any turn count within the wind command.
Below are some of the options we offer on the stator winders: Shuttle Load, 2 – 7 programmable axis, single or dual spindles. Programmable Electronic Tension, Inline Wire Strippers, and Cutters.
